Halloween Movie and TV Costume Ideas for Families
Hot for Halloween this year are movie and television character costumes. Though classics like Mickey Mouse and Cinderella will never go out of style, options from recently-released shows can freshen up your Halloween this year.
Many of this season’s new themes include men, women and children versions – great for families who want to dress up together.

Based on the Transformers: Dark of the Moon movie released this past July, these fun character costumes are available for the entire family.
The costumes are easy to wear and the toddler one comes with a soft, versatile headpiece that can be worn two ways.

Shake It Up!
One of the most popular tween shows on the Disney Channel, Shake It Up! follows the adventures of two girls, Rocky and Cece, as they star as backup dancers. In the show the girls where cool and funky hip clothes – this style is reflected in the characters’ Halloween costumes.

My daughter is going to be a “Batarina” for Halloween. We went to Party City last night–total madhouse. And when did Halloween costumes get to be so pricey? Eek! It will be fun though.
