October was National Bullying Prevention Month, and one aspect that has grown with the onset of technology is cyberbullying. From the beginning of time kids have bullied other kids. However with the growth of social media, it’s easier than ever to bully with just a click of a button.
According to TeenSafe, a leading smartphone monitoring app that enables parents to monitor their children’s phone for suspicious activity, an estimated 160K children stay home from school because they are afraid of being bullied. It’s important for parents to stay aware in order to identify then combat the issues.
