Bicultural Mama Honored in “Top 30 Chinese American Blogs and Websites” List

I’m excited to share that Bicultural Mama was listed as a “Top 30 Chinese American Blogs and Websites” honoree! According to Feedspot, it selects “The best Chinese American blogs from thousands of blogs on the web and ranked by relevancy, authority, social media followers & freshness.”

Feedspot’s mission is to “Categorize global media outlets and content creators to make them easy to discover, follow, and contact. Media outlets include blogs, podcasts, magazines, and news websites. Creators include Instagram influencers, Twitter influencers, YouTubers, and TikTok influencers.”

I’m honored to be on this list with many other blogs and websites I admire and follow. Highlights included in the “Top 30 Chinese American Blogs and Websites” are the following:

• The Woks of Life – I absolutely love the recipes from this site that helps homecooks make authentic Chinese dishes! Description: The Woks of Life is a food blog run by a family of four. They share recipes for Chinese and Asian food, as well as tips on cooking, ingredients, and culture. The blog has over 200 recipes, including classics like kung pao chicken and mapo tofu, as well as more obscure dishes like zhajiangmian and jianbing. They also have a comprehensive glossary of Chinese ingredients. Additional resources include travel guides to China and other parts of Asia.
• Miss Panda Chinese – This is an amazing resource for parents and educators who want to encourage Mandarin Chinese language learning with kids. Description: Amanda ‘Miss Panda’ is an Intercultural Language Consultant and Trainer, the author of the ‘Let’s Learn Mandarin Chinese with Miss Panda!’ audio album, host of the playful Chinese podcast, and presenter at the Gwaftl conference.
• Chef Katie Chin – Fun Fact: Chef Katie and I are related! What a nice surprise that our sites are both on this list! Description: Meet Katie Chin, an Asian food expert, cookbook author, TV personality, blogger, and working mom. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to prepare dinner in a busy household and specializes in crafting everyday Asian recipes that cater to real people with busy schedules and budgets. Follow her blog to learn more about her and her food knowledge.
